11metrics uses the Groq API as its primary AI engine, with a local fallback. AI features analyse the first-party campaign and contact data already in your workspace and return findings in plain language.
Is there a usage limit on AI features?
Yes, AI usage is metered with a monthly token allowance that resets on the 1st of each month — 10,000 tokens on Growth and 50,000 on Pro. Workspaces can also hold a separately purchased top-up balance that persists across months. Each AI call draws on included tokens first, then top-up.
Which plans include AI insights?
AI analysis is available on the Growth and Pro plans. The Free and Starter plans do not include an AI token allowance.
