> Privacy-first marketing analytics and lead attribution platform for agencies and growth teams. 11metrics connects anonymous website visitors to real leads using first-party identity resolution, tracks the full journey from first click to closed deal, scores leads in real time, and calculates agency performance fees, all without third-party cookies.

11metrics is a multi-tenant SaaS platform built by 11metrics Ltd. Each client is an isolated workspace, so one agency can manage dozens of clients from a single login. It tracks web, WhatsApp, phone, SMS, email, Telegram, and web-push campaigns natively; stores zero plain-text PII (emails and phones are SHA256-hashed at the source); and ships a full interface in English, Italian, and Arabic (RTL). ## Key concepts

- Workspace: A fully isolated tenant. One agency login can manage many client workspaces.
- Pixel: A first-party JS SDK on client sites that captures page views, form submissions, UTM parameters, and session data, and hashes email and phone client-side.
- Identity resolution: Matches anonymous sessions to known contacts via hashed email/phone and a persistent first-party cookie (_11metrics_uid), including cross-workspace identity.
- Lead score: Recalculated on every behavioural event from workspace-defined scoring rules.
